We invite you to come and listen to an uplifting Sunday talk that can help you to transform your life!

We meet every Sunday morning starting at 10.30 am

These meetings are held in a spiritual atmosphere amongst like minded people. They are a way of ‘keeping your life on track’ and many people tell us that it is just like receiving ‘an injection of positivity’ that sustains them for the rest of the week.

The format consists mainly of a short time of silence followed by a guided meditation, music, and an uplifting Sunday message followed by refreshments.
